项目课题经历
40余项,在港口、海岸及近海工程耐久性评估和修复加固等方面取得了重要创新研究成果。出版专著2部,其中1部入选“十二五”国家重点图书。发表SCI收录论文58篇;发表EI收录论文51篇。授权美国发明专利2项、中国发明专利41项(17项为第一发明人),12项已转化应用,获得授权许可费用434万元;申请国内发明专利23项;登记软件著作权8项(7项排名第一)。获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术进步奖)一等奖1项,中国水运建设行业协会科学技术奖二等奖2项、三等奖1项,海洋工程科学技术二等奖1项,中国腐蚀与防护学会科学技术奖二等奖1项、优秀论文奖1项,南京市自然科学优秀学术论文一等奖1项、三等奖1项。所带领的河海大学港航工程腐蚀防护与修复技术团队包括7名骨干成员,其中教授2人、副教授4人、副研究员1人,7人均具有一年以上国外访学经历。团队入选2015年江苏省工人先锋号、2016年江苏省六大人才高峰创新人才团队。
在从事科学研究的同时,还专注于为港口航道工程专业培养优秀拔尖人才。近五年,指导大学生获省级竞赛奖励5项、江苏省优秀毕业设计一等奖1项、团队优秀毕业设计3项;指导研究生获江苏省优秀硕士学位论文2篇、全国工程硕士实习实践优秀成果2项、全国水利工程专业学位研究生实践优秀成果4项。
获国家级教学成果奖励2项、省部级教学成果奖励4项;入选首批全国万名优秀创新创业导师。先后获得宝钢优秀教师、全国水利工程专业学位研究生教育先进个人、全国水利工程专业学位研究生优秀指导教师、江苏省青年双创英才、江苏省优秀教育工作者、江苏省工人先锋号等荣誉。
目前主要研究方向包括:1)港口航道工程结构;2)海上风电机组基础结构;3)近海工程混凝土结构腐蚀防护与修复技术。
