研究方向为高性能超导探测器、成像器、数字电路的研制,以及基于这些高性能量子器件的应用扩展,例如,基于计算摄像算法和超导纳米线成像器件的超导单光子相机,基于高速超导单光子探测器的光通信系统研制,低温数字电路,超导纳米线结构在超导量子计算机中的应用等。目前承担自然基金青年项目一项,科技委项目一项。共发表论文28篇,其中包括Nature Photonics(2017,第一作者,封面文章)和Nature Nanotechnology(2018,通讯作者)。获得美国专利2项,中国专利3项。2017年获超导电子学专业期刊SUST颁发的The Jan Evetts SUST Award。担任本领域诸多期刊的审稿专家和编委,多次获邀在重要国际会议作学术报告、担任会议论文编辑和会场主持职务,合作编撰英文图书一本。欢迎访问 : http://sccm.nju.edu.cn 了解更多实验室进展,并咨询研究生培养等。
