主要从事水环境系统规划评价、河湖富营养化机理及水环境数学模型、环境影响评价、水资源论证和排污口论证等方面的工作。现与国际知名水环境流体动力学模型DSI开发团队保持密切长期合作,参与了环境动力学模型EFDC和EFDC-Explorer 的再开发和在中国湖库、河流及近海的应用。      水环境系统规划评价:通过评价河流、湖泊、水库、地下水等水体及利用影响水体的因素,对水资源进行合理开发与利用      河湖富营养化机理:水体富营养化是指在人类活动的影响下,生物所需的氮、磷等营养物质大量进入湖泊、河口、海湾等缓流水体,引起藻类及其他浮游生物迅速繁殖,水体溶解氧量下降,水质恶化。通过研究河湖富营养化机理,进一步理解并减轻该类现象。      水环境数学模型:通过综合水质模型的完善,模拟预测的不确定性及敏感性分析,来对水流运动及污染物在水中的迁移转化进行模拟。      环境影响评价:环境影响评价是指对区域的开发活动给环境质量带来的影响进行评价,提出预防或者减轻不亮环境影响的对策和措施。      水资源论证:水资源论证指根据国家相关政策、国家以及当地水利水电发展规划、水功能区管理要求,对建设项目取用水合理性、可靠性与可行性,取水与退水对周边水资源状况进行分析论证。      排污口论证:分析排污口的有关信息,在满足水功能区保护要求的前提下,论证排污口设置对水功能区、水生态和第三者权益的影响,根据纳污能力、排污总量控制、水生态保护等要求,提出水资源保护措施,优化入河排污口设置方案。
