1997年毕业于西南农业大学蚕学专业 2001-2006年在西南大学硕博联读，于2006年秋季获西南大学农学博士学位

2007年-至今在西南大学蚕学与系统生物学研究所工作

先后主持了国家自然基金、科技重大专项子课题、重庆市自然科学基金、西南大学基本科研业务费专项资金一般及重点项目等多个项目；作为骨干人员参加了科技部“973”、“863”及国家自然科学基金面上及重点等科研项目
