97年赴美在美国明尼苏达州立大学计算机系学习并取得硕士学位，2009年6月在电子科技大学计算机科学与工程学院获工学博士学位。

2002年12月到电子科技大学任教，2001年3月起在美国明尼苏达国际WCG公司担任网络与系统工程师。

目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目一项，主持国家重点研发计划项目课题一项,主研国家自然科学基金项目多项，主持和主研横向合作项目多项。
