工作经历
1982.08-2004.03,四川大学助教、讲师(1990)、副教授(1994)、教授(2002),曾任教研室副主任/主任、系主任;2004.04调入电子科技大学光电科学与工程学院、电子薄膜与集成器件国家重点实验室工作。
