太赫兹集成电路与系统 太赫兹波(0.1-10THz)处在毫米波与远红外线之间,是人类目前尚未完全开发的电磁波谱空隙区。因其波段具有的独特性质,在高速通信、雷达、成像、安全检测等领域具有十分广阔的应用前景。随着集成电路元器件特征尺寸不断缩小,单个器件的截止频率和最大振荡频率不断提高进入太赫兹频段,使得通过集成电路实现太赫兹技术成为可能。用硅基集成电路实现太赫兹系统,可以极大地降低系统成本、提高集成度、缩小设备体积、实现便携化,是太赫兹技术在未来能够得以广泛应用的关键,具有极大的研究价值和社会经济效应。 ࣺᯬ...
