发表包括Science、Nature Nanotechnology、Nature Materials、Nature Photonics、Nano Letters、JACS等在内的SCI英文文章46余篇,他引次数总计15000多次,其中第1作者论文15篇,引用次数8000多次。研究工作多次被Nature、ScienceDaily、Phys.org、AZonano.com等刊物和网站专题评论。发表在2009年Science上关于大面积石墨烯薄膜制备的成果被Science选为当年重大科技突破之一。在2010诺贝尔物理学奖获奖演讲中该工作被重点引述,并被认为是推动石墨烯研究与应用进程的重要因素之一。该工作迄今为止已被引用5000多次。该发明是当前石墨烯薄膜制备的核心技术,在科研和工业生产中均被广泛使用。
