在LTCC微波介质材料及器件研究方面取得了诸多创新性成果:深入研究玻璃键合陶瓷材料低温烧结机理,通过不同助烧剂及复合掺杂对不同玻璃键合陶瓷体系烧结过程中陶瓷与助烧剂之间接触角、润湿度、高温黏度、液相反应、反应动力学等作深入研究,总结烧玻璃键合陶瓷材料结助剂的降温机理,建立玻璃键合陶瓷材料低温烧结模型,为玻璃键合陶瓷材料低温烧结提供指导依据,解决了国防应用的基础科学问题,并与实际生产相结合,研究玻璃键合陶瓷材料相互共烧时的收缩率、共烧翘曲等方面问题,以及与金属浆料的共烧匹配性,综合考虑介电常数、Qf值和频率温度系数,开发出真正适合SIP应用的玻璃键合陶瓷LTCC材料,产品已提供给中电十三所、深圳顺诺电子有限公司、麦捷科技公司试用。相关成果已发表SCI论文16篇H.
