1、结构-功能一体化集成敏感薄膜材料与传感器 采用薄膜技术,将功能敏感薄膜材料直接沉积在结构材料表面,再通过掩模或光刻图形化技术,在结构材料表面构成一种新型的、具有结构和感知功能一体化集成的薄膜传感器。该结构——功能一体化集成敏感薄膜材料一般由过渡层、热生长氧化层、绝缘层、敏感层、保护层五层薄膜构成。主要应用于航空发动机涡轮叶片、燃烧室内壁、枪炮膛内壁、内燃机活塞顶面和燃烧室内壁、切削刀具表面、飞行器表面等应变、温度、压力、风速等状态参数的测试。 2、集成含能反应多层膜及火工品器件ࣺᯬ...
