1992年,四川大学应用化学系本科毕业,1997年,四川大学无机材料系硕士研究生毕业,后在电子科技大学任教,2008年电子科技大学电子科学与技术系博士毕业
工作经历
现任电子科技大学电子科学与技术系副主任。2008年晋升为教授,2014年任电子信息材料与器件实验中心首席教授
