1998年于湖南师大生物化学与分子生物学本科毕业，2007年获中山大学生物化学与分子生物学博士学位

2001年至2009年在中山大学中山医学院生化教研室历任助教、讲师和副教授，2010赴美国University of Maryland接受博士后科研训练两年多

主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、教育部回国留学人员启动基金1项、广东省自然科学基金2项、广东省科技计划项目2项、广东省医学科研基金1项、广州市科技计划项目3项和中山大学基金1项，
