1997年中山医科大学博士毕业

获医学博士学位并留校任讲师；1998-2000年留学奥地利科学院老年生物医学研究所从事博士后研究；2001被邀到美国宾州州立大学Weis Center作为Scientist从事“高血压与心脏重构”研究；2004年底回中山大学工作至今，2005年受聘为教授和博士生导师。

先后在JBC，Cir Res.，JCI，ATVB，FASEB J, Cell Signal, J Vas Surg, PLoS ONE等杂志发表SCI论文20余篇 学术论著与教材：
