2006年获得中山大学中山医学院临床医学学士学位，2011获得中山大学生物化学专业博士学位

2008年至2011年攻博期间在美国university of Oklahoma糖尿病研究中心从事“糖尿病并发症的分子机制”方面的研究工作

作为课题负责人主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金、广东省自然科学基金博士启动、广东省自然科学基金自由申请、广州市珠江科技新星专项等多项基金，

至今在Diabetologia (IF:6.9) 等国际杂志上共发表SCI论文21篇，第一作者或并列第一作者8篇。人民卫生出版社规划教材护理本科《生物化学》（第三版）
