2012年12月至2014年3月在密歇根大学从事博士后研究工作，导师为国际著名微生物组学专家Patrick Schloss教授。2014年4月至2018年在纽约大学完成博士后研究工作，导师为国际著名系统生物学家，麦克阿瑟天才奖获得者Elodie Ghedin教授。
