项目课题经历

1. 水产动物天然免疫相关miRNAs鉴定与功能研究。miRNAs是一类内源性的短链非编码RNA分子,由22个核苷酸构成的功能调节因子,对组织器官发育、干细胞分化、免疫系统功能、肿瘤发生等几乎所有生物学过程都有调控作用。研究发现,miRNAs在复杂的宿主与病原的相互作用网络中是重要的调节子。我们将采用新一代测序技术来全面筛选和鉴定团头鲂miRNAs,发掘其免疫功能,阐明其免疫防御的分子调控机理。

2. 水产动物天然免疫相关基因功能及调控机制研究。采用转录组测序和克隆技术获得团头鲂天然免疫相关的候选基因,对其免疫功能进行深入探讨。同时,对候选基因进行SNPs分型及性状关联分析,获得功能性SNPs位点,为抗病分子标记辅助育种奠定理论基础
