2005年在北京科技大学获博士学位后留校任教（历任讲师、副教授、教授）； 2006年在马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司在职博士后研究； 2007-2009年冶金与生态工程学院生态系党支部书记、系副主任； 2008年广东省省部企业科技特派员； 2009-2018年北京科技大学党委研究生工作部副部长； 2010、2013年兼任北京市研究生党员骨干培训学校指导教师； 2011、2019年在北京市哲学社会科学教学科研骨干研修班学习； 2011-2016年中国科协第八次全国代表大会代表； 2016-2017年美国加州大学访问学者； 2018年至今任北京科技大学昌平创新园区党委书记； 2019年中央党校示范培训班学习。
