Life Sci. 2003 Jan 31;72(11):1221-30. ：（1）率先在国内开展“行为敏化（behavioral sensitization）”系列研究工作，包括学术名词的翻译，实验范式的建立，戒毒治疗药物的评价以及神经生物学分子机制的研究。在中文药理学教材中，首次引进了“药物敏化(drug sensitization)”的概念及相关内容；（2）引进和繁殖了我国第一个先天嗜酒大鼠模型(‘酒鬼’大鼠)。以FH大鼠嗜酒行为特点为基础，初步建立了戒酒治疗药物筛选和评价技术平台，对相关化合物和中药有效部位的戒酒药理活性进行评价和筛选；（3）在国际上，首先提出“分子伴侣介导阿片成瘾（Chaperone-mediated opioid addiction）”的理论，认为“作为慢性脑病，阿片类药物成瘾可能与相关蛋白质折叠和组装的易化过程（facilitation）有关”；（4）新的抑郁和焦虑共患动物模型的建立及应用。
