研究了低温下与堆垛缺陷相关的自由电子-中性受主(eA0)辐射复合发光,提出室温下紫外发光是由eA0和自由激子辐射复合叠加而成。由单一源化学气相沉积装置制备的ZnO薄膜其蓝光发射与单齿结构的CH3COO-有密切的联系。利用一种简单的化学气相沉积装置制备出高质量ZnO薄膜和自组装的ZnO纳米棒。首次用板钛矿相TiO2合成A2Ti6O13(A为Na和K)纳米线,起始原料TiO2被转化为A2Ti6O13(A为Na和K)纳米线后光催化活性明显提高。
