主要从事数学与生态学方面的交叉研究和应用。通过建立以常微分方程和偏微分方程为主的种群、食物网和生态群落的数学建模,综合运用数学分析和大型数值模拟等手段,研究人类活动对水生态系统功能和物种多样性的影响。研究内容大致分为以下四个方面: 1.斑图模式(spatial patterns)的动力学机制和在生态系统中的运用,以及从生物进化的角度来研究种群空间非齐次分布对物种多样性的影响。 2.海洋生态系统的食物网建模(food web model),以及通过此模型研究变暖对海洋生态系统动力学的影响和评估。例如海洋Цᯬ...
