1983年毕业于东北师范大学生物系，1995年获中国药科大学生药学专业理学博士学位

现任中国药科大学中药资源学教研室主任，中药资源与开发专业负责人

目前承担国家自然科学基金项目1项，江苏省中药资源普查项目等
