目前主持国家自然科学基金1项“基于IKKβ/IRS-1信号通路对改良四妙散改善胰岛素抵抗的分子机制研究”,主持江苏省科技支撑计划1项“治疗胰岛素抵抗综合症新药四妙片的研制”,主持国家军区后勤部军用食品基料活性筛选课题1项“国家军用功能食品基料的活性研究”,主持中央高校基本科研业务费专项培养项目1项“知母多酚MAPK、IKKB途径抗炎活性改善胰岛素抵抗的分子靶位研究”及扶贫科技项目1项,参加 “重大新药创制”科技重大专项“十一五”计划1项“有效组份配伍的加味舒胸滴丸研究”,作为第二负责人,参加国家自然科学基金2项“炎症胰岛素抵抗实验模型的建立及在中药改善代谢综合征研究中的应用”,“紫菀款冬药对配伍机制的研究”,参与国家重大科技专项一项“中药药效物质基础及物质资源库研究关键技术”。主持并完成3个中药五类新药的临床前药理毒理研究,分别是治疗糖尿病新药“知母多酚胶囊”、改善睡眠新药“南五味子软胶囊”、用于急慢性肝炎新药“岩黄连胶囊”,完成2个中药六类新药,分别是治疗胰岛素抵抗新药“四妙颗粒”的研制,治疗糖尿病肾病中药“QH胶囊”的临床前药理毒理研究
