主要从事肺癌，脑胶质瘤等肿瘤的分子遗传流行病学研究，旨在发现新的关键分子靶点，为胶质瘤的分子诊断和治疗提供理论依据。新型分子生物技术和检测技术的开发和利用。
目前共承担了4项基金资助：“教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金”，“教育部博士点基金”，“校青年基金”“及一项国家自然基金青年基金（2011-2013年）。并积极参与到课题组长主持或参与（肺癌863项目）的课题。有幸在2011年7月被“第17届日本国际基因治疗大会”邀请做题目“Diabetes treatment:cell & gene therapy”的亚洲分组报告。
