小RNA是一类20-24碱基大小的RNA,它主要通过序列特异性的方式在转录和转录后水平调节基因表达。我们主要以拟南芥为研究对象,探索植物小RNA如何产生、如何发挥作用以及在植物生殖发育过程中发挥何种作用。这些问题的解答期望揭示小RNA通路的调控机制,并阐明其在配子细胞成熟和分化的细胞命运决定中的作用,最终为小RNA在农作物的分子育种中的应用提供理论基础。
团队规模:
目前在读硕士生2名,在读博士生5名,进行科研训练的本科生2名。
