长期从事代谢相关疾病的分子机制的研究。运用生物化学、细胞生物学、蛋白组学等研究手段,在细胞和小鼠整体水平探索代谢通路的调控对肿瘤、糖尿病和心衰等衰老疾病的影响,揭示了去乙酰化酶sirtuins家族是调控衰老相关疾病的一条重要的通路。 现主持国家自然科学基金重大研究计划“培育项目”和面上项目。 以第一或通讯作者共发表研究论文十余篇,包括 Cell、Molecular Cell、Nature Communications、 PNAS、JBC等,被引用超过2000 次。
