干旱、盐胁迫等逆境给植物的生长发育以及粮食作物产量造成了重大影响,本实验室主要利用拟南芥和水稻作为研究对象,研究胁迫响应相关蛋白质的功能及环境因素胁迫下的植物生长发育变化。近几年来,我们以水稻作为研究对象研究了多个调控植物干旱胁迫响应的转录因子、信号转导蛋白、酶等蛋白质的功能,阐明了这些基因对植物生长发育和干旱耐受性的影响;以拟南芥为研究对象,研究了DNA损伤响应中一些调控蛋白质的功能,并以此为基础,发掘和研究植物中新的与损伤响应相关蛋白质的分子机制。
