研究兴趣:
药物和疫苗的经皮递送系统研究和给药装置的研制,以及皮肤相关疾病的免疫调节机理和免疫治疗研究。

研究方向:    
针对慢性疾病所必需的频繁注射给药、传染性疾病控制所需的短时间大规模疫苗接种、婴儿对注射疫苗接种的恐惧,以及一些有强烈胃肠刺激和首过效应的口服药物等问题进行相应的透皮控释剂型的研发和改良,从而提高递药效率,增强病人对药物的顺应性。目前主要集中在发展和改善小分子药物和疫苗的经皮控释剂型、响应性递药、疫苗经皮递送相关的抗原和佐剂免疫原性及透皮机理研究、以及皮肤的免疫功能调节机制等。
