1997-2000年北京大学电子学系物理电子学专业博士毕业,1990-1997年东北大学真空设备与技术专业本科与硕士研究生毕业

于2000至2001年香港城市大学先进材料与超硬薄膜研究中心做博士后,主要从事半导体纳米线光电器件的制备与表征.2001-2004年美国亚拉巴马大学信息材料与科学研究中心做博士后,从事功能分子材料真空沉积薄膜的光电特性的研究.2004-2006年任美国芝加哥大学化学系副研究员,从事分子自组装薄膜器件的实验研究.2006至2007年澳大利亚墨尔本大学纳米研究中心任研究员,从事原子力微探针超高真空条件下微纳力学与分子传感器研究.2008年初留学回国,担任东北大学真空与流体工程研究中心副教授，2014年晋升为教授
