一、依托大连理工大学植物化学化学合成的研究优势,利用生物化学,药理学等方法,进行天然抗肿瘤药物OA等衍生物的筛选及研究:① 基于细胞信号转导途径的抗肿瘤药物筛选模型的构建和筛选;② 分子靶点模型(激酶,蛋白靶点,蛋白蛋白相互作用等)的构建和靶向抗肿瘤小分子化合物的筛选;③ 抗肿瘤活性化合物的作用机理以及新药物作用靶点的化学生物学研究;④ 抗肿瘤药物体内药效学评价。学术研究方向:分子药理、信号转导及相关药物靶点的发现和验证。 二、建立以代谢疾病的炎症、氧化损伤学说为切入点,通过体外血管平滑肌细胞培养技术和ᠦ୔...
