SPINK1/Spink3在胰腺炎及肿瘤发病机制中的作用。具体的工作分为两大部分。 1部分: 先前的实验小组的数据证实SPINK1/Spink3对胰腺腺泡细胞的自噬行负调节,而自噬与胰腺炎的发病相关联。这种负调节的机制可能通过SPINK1/Spink3结合EGFR受体并通过EGFR信号传导通路、或结合于细胞表面其它受体或胞浆蛋白并启动相应的信号通路进行调节。目前的工作是寻找胰腺炎中,SPINK1对自噬产生调节作用的相关关键蛋白,以及与之相关的信号传导通路,并已经或准备采取必要的实验方法以达到此实验目的。 ᠦ୔...
