1998.07－2004.12：北京市新技术应用研究所，副研究员； 2005.01－至今：北京化工大学理学院，教授。 2009.01－2009.04：英国布鲁耐尔大学（Brunel University），访问学者，教授； 2012.08－2013.08：美国国立卫生研究院（National Institutes of Health），访问学者，教授；
