项目课题经历

其间研究工作的主要成就是:(1) 发现了肿瘤发生和恶化的新的重要机理。其研究发现泛素连接酶和酪氨酸激酶一起调节表皮生长因子受体的信号传递,并通过这一调节来提高肺癌细胞的迁移。这一发现对理解肺癌细胞转移的分子机理有非常重要的意义。 (2)发现了一个非受体酪氨酸激酶的激活机理。这个非受体酪氨酸激酶的表达与多种肿瘤的恶化密切相关。这一机理是癌细胞信号传递的一条新的途径。(3)构建了一种新的癌症基因治疗蛋白分子。这一蛋白分子能识别癌细胞中的生长信号,并将癌细胞的生长信号转换成死亡信号,特异性地灭杀癌细胞。
