1998年毕业于吉林农业大学，获畜牧学专业学士学位； 2001年毕业于吉林农业大学，获动物营养专业硕士学位；2005年毕业于江南大学，获粮食、油脂与植物蛋白工程专业博士学位。

2005年7月于江苏大学食品与生物工程学院从事教学和科研工作，2010年江苏大学食品科学与工程博士后流动站出站。2015年美国马萨诸塞大学阿默斯特分校食品科学系访问。
