工作经历

1990.1 -1999.6: 中国科学院新疆地理研究所,副研,硕导。 2000.5—2001.5: 美国农业部国家盐土实验室,副研,硕导。 2006.9—2008.12:新疆自治区水利厅厅长助理(中组部博士服务团)。 2009.1—2018.4: 中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所二级研究员,荒漠与绿洲生态环境国家重点实验室副主任。阿克苏水平衡试验站站长、农业部新疆南部耕地保育科学观测实验站站长。博导。 2018.5— 南京信息工程大学,二级教授、博导。
