1982年毕业于上海复旦大学微生物学专业,1986年获无锡轻工业大学食品工程硕士学位。1990年赴英国Norwich食品研究所研修,1999年赴德国Erlangen大学微生物学系访问
工作经历
于1994年被评为副教授,2004年提升为教授。历任江南大学食品学院副院长、研究生部和“211工程”办公室副主任,江南大学食品学院院长等职。
