1999年在西安交通大学获得学士学位;2002年在西安交通大学获得硕士学位;2009年在东南大学获得博士学位;2004年6月至今在东南大学电子工程系从事科研教学工作;2010年晋升为东南大学副教授;2017年晋升为东南大学教授。
目前主要从事高性能集成光子器件及其在光通信/光互连等方面的应用研究。近五年来,主持探索项目1项,预研项目3项,预研基金项目1项,国家重点专项项目1项(课题负责人),国家自然基金重点项目1项(校内负责人)。在高性能光开关阵列及波束形成/控制网络集成化等方面取得了重要进展:在国内首次研制出基于新型电光材料PLZT(掺镧高钛酸铅)的集成化高速电光开关阵列,实现了大规模的高性能聚合(1×32)热光开关阵列,突破了多通道网络延时芯片的研究瓶颈,并研制出具有自主知识产权的波束形成/控制集成芯片。在Advanced Optical Materials、Optics Express、IEEE JLT IEEE PTL、IEEE PJ 、Plasmonics等光学领域著名国际期刊发表论文被SCI收录60余篇,以第一发明人获得授权专利9项。指导硕士研究生24人,其中17人已获得硕士学位。2016年度当选为第六届东南大学“十佳我最喜爱的研究生导师”。代表研究论文:
